Rugged Android Phone - ZTE G601U

ZTE is in the market for rugged phone. This kind of cellphone was designed for people who loves hiking and outdoor activities. The rugged phone with rubberized chase from ZTE is G601U.

According to GSMinsider, the device will sport a 1.3 GHZ CPU, 1GB of RAM and a 4-inch touchscreen display (400x800) VGA. There is no information about internal storage but the device is expandable through micro-SD slot.

The ZTE G601U will also equip a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash, a VGA front facing camera. It also runs Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2. Like any other rugged phone, the ZTE is water resistant. 

There is rumor about the devices will be announce at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona next month.
