ASUS has announced its new product, the Chromebox (the Google Chrome-based machine) starts at $179.
The Chromebox sport an Intel Haswell-based Celeron processor. The Chromebox is suitable for business, home and school towards stationary use.It measures just 4.88 by 1.65 inches, which makes the device is comparable to Roku streaming box.
The Chromebox specs includes a forth-generation Intel Celeron 2955U or Core i3 processor, paired to Intel HD graphics. Another specs are 2GB or 4GB of DDR3 RAM, 16GB SSD memory and 100GB two years free of Google Drive Storage, four USB 3.0 ports, SD-card reader, DisplayPort, HDMI, a Kensington lock slot, audio and video jack. There's also 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi and Ethernet port.
